How are your tutors selected?
Our tutors are carefully vetted through a rigorous selection process. We only hire professionals who have the relevant qualifications, experience, and a passion for teaching. Each tutor is interviewed, undergoes background checks, and must demonstrate excellent subject knowledge. Additionally, we provide ongoing training to ensure they meet our high standards.
We offer tutoring across a wide range of subjects, including Maths, English, Science (Triple and Double), Languages, and more. Our services cover students from primary level up to A-Levels. Whether your child needs help with GCSEs, 11+ exams, or A-Levels, we have experienced tutors available to support them.

We believe in personalising our lessons to suit each student’s needs. During the initial sessions, the tutor will assess the student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. From there, they’ll create a customised learning plan designed to target specific areas of improvement and ensure progress at the student’s own pace.
All of our tutors hold either a degree in their subject area or relevant teaching qualifications. Many of them also have professional teaching experience in schools or universities. We ensure that every tutor has the right expertise and knowledge to support students effectively in their learning.

How do I schedule tutoring sessions?
Scheduling a session is simple! Once you’ve signed up with us, we’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. Our tutors offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate school, work, and other commitments. You can book regular weekly sessions or arrange them as needed.
Yes, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule a session, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust schedules accordingly and offer the time slot to other students. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' will require the tuition fee to be paid in full.

For online tutoring, all you need is a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a webcam, and a quiet space to study. Our online platform is user-friendly and requires no special software—just a browser and an internet connection. We’ll guide you through setting everything up, so you’re ready for your first session!

Online tutoring offers the same high-quality learning experience as face-to-face sessions but with the added convenience of being able to learn from home.
